Isn’t it interesting how the alcohol industry markets products as things that will make us more cool, chic, and elegant? The funny thing is, they only show the short space of time where things are fun, free, and exciting. They don’t show hours later the drunken texts, restless sleep, dry mouth, and hangovers the next day!

In this week’s episode, I share how my life has changed over the past year and a half and how the fear I felt was simply my ego and mind trying to keep me from moving forward. If your habit of alcohol has been draining your joy, I hope this episode inspires you!
