Walking The Walk

“I don’t want to be a supermodel; I want to be a role model.”

~Queen Latifah

What is your life purpose? Is it to be a good mother, successful businessperson, teacher, or healer? Are you walking the walk to be the best you can be? Do people look to you as a role model in your “life specialty?”

If you’d like to step it up, a fun method is defining who your own role models are. They can tell us a lot about ourselves, what we value, and what we aspire to be. For me, I admire author Kathy Freston. She lives a life based on her core values, is authentic, compassionate, non judgmental, wants only the best for others, and considers emotional, spiritual, and physical health her top priorities. She easily experiences success because she seriously walks the walk and others respond to that authenticity.

Today, think about how you are showing up to others and yourself. Maybe today is the day to start taking that walk!

Wishes to you for a happy day,

Meg

Welcome

Hi I’m Meg. I love helping empathic people who sometimes “feel too much” calm their head, hearts, and homes through my courses and books. Ultimately we all want to feel good in our bodies, relationships, and with the work we do in this world. When we remove the roadblocks that exist on the road to feeling the way we want to feel life tend to flow easier.
