Triggers

“The world is full of suffering. It is also full of overcoming it.” ~Helen Keller

Triggers have the ability to stop us in our tracks along our journeys. Whether it’s triggers for addictions, fears of the future, or ruminating on the past, they have the power to truly stunt our growth. The upside to triggers is they are reminders of our ability to grow as human beings every day. Instead of ignoring or resenting the triggers, why not embrace them as little taps on our shoulders or whispers in our ears which are asking us to wake up….wake up with eyes wide open to our abilities to consciously choose what works best for us and our desires for tomorrow.

Wishes to you for a happy day!

Welcome

Hi I’m Meg. I love helping empathic people who sometimes “feel too much” calm their head, hearts, and homes through my courses and books. Ultimately we all want to feel good in our bodies, relationships, and with the work we do in this world. When we remove the roadblocks that exist on the road to feeling the way we want to feel life tend to flow easier.
