Time

“Time = life; therefore, waste your time and waste of your life, or master your time and master your life.”

~Alan Lakein

Do you feel you have the structure needed to accomplish your goals? Are your days organized to allow a sense of ease?

Is it possible to feel balanced?

So may minutes in the hour, so many hours in the day. We can’t buy or borrow more time but we are able to come up with creative ways to open up more space in our lives to bring our dreams to fruition. A fun acronym I learned from Business Consultant and Coach Ali Brown is ADD: Automate-Delegate-Delete!

First take an honest look at how you currently spend your days. Write down the hours per week you spend within each area. Examples might include:

· running errands

· watching tv

· surfing the internet

· paying bills

· keeping up the house

· grocery shopping

· talking on the phone

· texting

· lawn work

Next, dig deep to see if you can automate, delegate, or delete any of these tasks. Examples include:

· Automating all bills to be paid online

· Delegating housework, grocery shopping, or cooking to other family members or outside services.

· Deleting time wasters! These might be things which simply have become unconscious habits.

The key is to create more space in your days where you can work towards your key goals and dreams at a quicker pace!

Have a wonderful weekend!
