I love today’s episode because it’s simple and sweet… and real.
Let me be clear… I don’t think alcohol is bad or that drinking is wrong. All I am asking is “how is your relationship with the habit of alcohol working for you?”
For me, it was the highlight to my day. My own little bubble of joy that allowed me to escape the overwhelm of life. The problem was, the amount I was drinking only increased my internal overwhelm the next day. Poor sleep, headache, grabbing for food that I knew wasn’t aligned with how I wanted to eat. It all stemmed from my relationship with wine time.
