“When people talk, listen completely. Most people never listen."~ Ernest Hemingway

Isn’t that the truth? I know I am guilty of not being present, multi-tasking and giving 50% of my attention to things sometimes. The problem with that is you lose 50% of what could be important and inspiring information!

In today’s episode, I share my own story of moving from an interrupter and “adviser” to someone who continues to work on being a mindful listener and space holder for clients, friends, and colleagues.

Welcome

Hi I’m Meg. I love helping empathic people who sometimes “feel too much” calm their head, hearts, and homes through my courses and books. Ultimately we all want to feel good in our bodies, relationships, and with the work we do in this world. When we remove the roadblocks that exist on the road to feeling the way we want to feel life tend to flow easier.
