“You cannot be lonely if you like the person you’re alone with.”

~Wayne Dyer

Does being alone create an indescribable discomfort within you? Do you find reasons to fill up your time in order to escape the idea of spending time with yourself, your thoughts, regrets, or memories? If silence is a scary proposition, look within and ask yourself why. We arrive and depart this world on our own so we might as well love, know, cherish, and respect the people we are.

Try scheduling “dates’” with yourself this week for dinner, shopping, or a movie. If you are really motivated go on an actual vacation alone even if for one night. The happier and more content we are with ourselves, and who we are, the more attractive we are to others. It’s really a win win!

Wishes to you for a happy day!

Hi I’m Meg. I love helping empathic people who sometimes “feel too much” calm their head, hearts, and homes through my courses and books. Ultimately we all want to feel good in our bodies, relationships, and with the work we do in this world. When we remove the roadblocks that exist on the road to feeling the way we want to feel life tend to flow easier.
