Quit Apologizing

I’m sorry. I apologize. My Bad. Forgive me. Sorry Sorry Sorry.

The word “sorry” for many of us becomes a habit. Think about how many times a day you might apologize for something there is no rational reason to apologize for! You drop an apple in the grocery store next to someone…”sorry!”
You didn’t hear someone correctly…”sorry?”

You simply state your preference and the recipient isn’t happy…”Sorry!”

Of course there are times when a heartfelt apology is in order when you have hurt someone or when your intent was not the most positive but those most likely are few and far between.

Think about it this way… saying I am sorry 5 times a day is basically telling yourself and everyone around you, “I am a sorry person.”

Be yourself and don’t apologize for who you are. It’s what makes you special!

All my best,

Meg
