Try quieting your mind today through these simple strategies:

· Journal your thoughts

· Take a bath 

· Meditate 

· Take a yoga class

· Connect with nature 

· Talk it through with a friend

· Take a walk 

· Do some deep breathing 

· Volunteer 

· Exercise

· Listen to relaxing music 

· Take a nap 

· Play a board game with friends

· Walk the dog

· Get lost in a good book

· Draw, paint, or color!

· Do something FUN
