Price for Lessons Learned

I recently was speaking with a friend who still is reeling from the financial loss she endured during her marriage and divorce. What gives her peace is the understanding that sometimes life lessons are tough, sometimes they hurt, but sometimes the lessons gained from the experiences are well worth the cost.

What resentments from your past are you holding on to? Was it getting fired from a job? Violated financially from a relationship? Losing a friendship over a difference in values? You may have lost the job, lost the money, or lost the friend but what did you gain? Focus on the gain. Focus on the lesson. Most importantly, focus on moving on!

All my best,

Meg
