People we allow into our lives can impact us in positive or negative ways. Choose today to take a quick inventory of whose in your inner circle. Do these people encourage you to be the best version of yourself? Do they celebrate your victories and want the best for you? Do they inspire you to do better? If so, lucky you!! Chances are, how you look at life and treat yourself is a mirror to which you attract.

If you instead feel drained by those around you, take a moment to think about WHY you allow this. If negative people pervade your life, look at how you view yourself, talk to yourself, and treat yourself.

When we choose to be our own best friend, pretty soon our tolerance for anything but uplifting people in our lives fades away.
