Physical Environment

Think of a few adjectives to describe the surroundings in which you exist each day.

Calm? Motivated? Peaceful? Happy?

Might you instead feel a bit frazzled, disorganized, or just plain cluttered? It’s easy to take for granted our surroundings and become accustomed to the dust, dirty dishes, unfolded laundry, grubby garage, unfiled papers or bills, or the lone French fries lingering from last month on the floor of our cars.

If you feel inspired to step it up and get the basics in order, take action today! Take a look around your home, your office, and even your car. Make a list of everything that needs to get in order and commit to tackling 3-5 items each week until you are above water. Better yet, contact me today for the exercise I use with clients to accomplish this.

When we get the basics of our life in order, the path opens up easily to focus on the things that matter.

Wishes to you for a happy day!

Meg
