Personal Creed

“Having a vision for your life allows you to live out of hope, rather than out of your fears.”

~Stedman Graham

Yesterday’s topic was on fear. We all have the answers within us. A fun and reassuring strategy to move away from fear and into a different mindset is by developing your own personal creed.

A mantra which resonates at a deep level, and one you can say to yourself each day and during times of distress.

Here’s an example:

I believe I am not alone.

I believe everything will be okay.

I believe I am taken care of.

I believe my purpose is …

I believe in love.

I believe in joy.

Give it a try!
