Pareto Principle

“The Pareto principle states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.”

This principle is applicable in every area of our lives. Relationships, career, personal health. The key is paying attention to what you allow into your “20%.” Identifying what fuels, inspires, and motivates you enables you to then laser in on more of those activities. Take an honest inventory of how your time is spent. If it drains or slows you down, consider how you might remove it, outsource it, or view if from a different perspective. If 20% of our time/activities is responsible for 80% of the effects and outcomes within our lives, choose well!
