A new gift for you during this time…

Thank you for your emails regarding my blog post this week. I must say I have never received so many from one blog post in all the years I have been writing my Daly Gems.

One of you, in particular, mentioned my posts have been a shining light during this time. Ironically, last night I was praying to have the strength to treat my mind, body, and soul in a kind way in order to shine my light and see the light in other people.

When you think about it, isn’t that what this is all about? Tapping into your own internal light so you are able to connect and see everyone else more clearly? If you’re doubting your own contribution to the world, please know that your gifts are unique and are needed in this world – especially now.

The one thing I can surely take away from this time is the beautiful feeling of being more present and mindful with whoever or whatever is in front of me. I’m experiencing the inner joy that results from operating in a more mindful and intentional manner. What a gift.
