My Before And After Pictures!

Many of you have downloaded my “Happy Hour Survival Guide.” Those are the strategies I used when I began my own journey and ones I continue to use as sacred rituals each day.

Back in 2020 I used to feel lethargic, impatient, bloated, tired and guilty about my nightly habit of wine. Waking up in the morning feeling deflated and lonely wishing I could oblige my deepest desire to dive into wellness only to fall back into the same pattern that evening. 

So what got me from there… to here?

It was the desire to feel more elegant, full of grace, calm, and content. Not only in how I felt in my body but how I showed up to the world, how I dressed, how I spoke, how I treated others, and how I treated myself. 

This desire to feel lovely really carried me through and I am going to share with you 3 ways that evoked the feelings of elegance and continue to do so today for me….

1. During the 30 days you will rediscover the luxury of deep sleep.

I was shocked to see how TIRED my body was when I took a break from wine time. But it was a GOOD tired. The kind of tired where I slept deeply and could have slept another 9 hours but I had the energy to move through my day with ease. 

2. The 30 Day Reset will brighten up your eyes.

This one still moves me so much. I had for so long woken up with puffy and red eyes from the alcohol and the subsequent candy or junk food I ate afterwards. If you look at my before and after picture you will see what I mean. The picture on the left was me on Day 1… picture 2 was about 2 or 3 months later. 

3. The 30 Day Reset will allow that true, present, and calm part of you to shine during the ups and downs of life.

I am still amazed how the little things that used to trigger me are now just tiny little roadblocks to navigate with tenderness and patience. It’s heartwarming to witness my relationships with loved ones blossom and the joy that comes from present conversations where I am really listening and absorbing what someone is sharing with me.
