Move Away From Fear

“Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live.”

~Dorothy Thompson

Everything starts with either love or fear. The tough thing about fear is that it forces us into decisions, actions, words, and thoughts that hold us back from our true selves. Fear of the unknown pushes us into decisions based on short-term gratification. Love of simply what is and faith in not knowing the outcome creates a space for what we really need.

Letting go of goals, people, or things that hold us down is sometimes a scary feat because we fear we will be left feeling defeated, lonely, or lacking. Deep down, however, we all know the answers. When we choose to live from a place of love, acceptance, and letting go… eventually things fall into place. Stay tuned for a fun strategy on this tomorrow!

Wishes to you for a wonderful day!
