What are you trying to control? What are you worrying about? What is causing you to lose sleep?

Quit trying so hard and give yourself a break. Trust that there is something bigger at play and for right now, it’s more than you can handle. Trust that by letting go and letting it be, things will work out exactly as they should be. Isn’t that how it always happens anyways?
