Just for Today…

Can you identify habits, self talk, thought patterns, or ways of living that have run their course? Are you wanting to journey down a new path but feel overwhelmed with how and where to start?

If all we have is today, then simply committing to the next 24 hours is enough.

Just for today, I will refrain from overthinking, and instead give my busy mind a rest.

Just for today, I will cease negative comments directed towards others or myself, and instead embrace unconditional love all around.

Just for today, I will choose to nourish my body through hydration and foods that fuel me.

Just for today, I will let go of fear, and embrace new people and ideas.

Just for today, I will love myself, and realize what I am, is enough.
