Hidden Truths

We all have parts of ourselves we keep hidden from the world and from ourselves. Some of these hidden pieces hinder our growth while others are like pearls waiting to be discovered and shared.

What hidden truths are you hiding? Are they dreams you let go of as a child? Are they wishes that inspire but you are too embarrassed to admit you want? Perhaps they dark secrets so embedded in who you are they have paralyzed you from becoming who you are truly meant to be?

Today, acknowledge the truths that lay dormant. Become aware of how keeping them hidden may actually be holding you back in your relationships, personal growth, or career progression. Take a chance and share them with a trusted friend or mentor. Finally, have the courage to embrace them all and know this is where you are meant to be. The only direction to move towards is forward.
