If you are feeling lonely in your relationships, give someone lonelier than you attention.

If you are feeling a need for new clients or a new career, give someone else the gift of a referral or help with their own venture.

If you are feeling in a rut, give someone else a pep talk.

If you are feeling sorry for yourself, give your time volunteering.

If you are feeling anxiety about the future, give yourself the gift of knowing you are perfect the way you are, you are doing the best you can, and everything will be okay.
