Expand

“In the voyage of your worldly existence, the sails at which your life float upon, are tethered by the thoughts and emotions that which you harbor. Expand.”

~Will Barnes

Stretching ourselves beyond the norm is where growth happens. The tough part is, during all this stretching, things can become uncomfortable. When this happens, resist the knee jerk reaction to retreat to what feels safe and known. Take a risk and allow yourself to expand into new ways of acting, thinking, relating, and looking at your life. Digging deep into the “who” of who you are, discovering what makes you tick, and most of all accepting what realizations come forth, is what make life interesting and fun.

Wishes to you for a happy day!
