Chatter

“When you connect to the silence within you, that is when you can make sense of the disturbance going on around you.”

~Stephen Richards

A great tool when you feel out of control and overwhelmed with life or decisions is to simply stop. Take a break from the chatter in your head. Ignore the chatter from loved ones, who by the way only have your best interests at heart. Be still, go within, and listen. The answers may not come to you right away but being still is a way of creating the space for your true answers to come.

Wishes to you for a beautiful day!
