“The longer I live the more beautiful life becomes.”

~Frank Lloyd Wright

A dear friend of mine reminded me how foolish we can be at times not to revere our elders. From her perspective, it’s common sense to connect with, listen to, and learn from loved ones who are older… and most importantly, come from a place of respect for those who have earned that right from many more years on this earth than us!

This weekend, take some time to reach out to your neighbor, parent, grandparent, or anyone in your life who has a story to tell. Most likely, it would be a highlight for them to know someone actually cares about the highs, the lows, the good times and the bad that they have witnessed and gone through in their lives. You’ll both be richer for the experience.

Wishes to you for a beautiful day!

Welcome

Hi I’m Meg. I love helping empathic people who sometimes “feel too much” calm their head, hearts, and homes through my courses and books. Ultimately we all want to feel good in our bodies, relationships, and with the work we do in this world. When we remove the roadblocks that exist on the road to feeling the way we want to feel life tend to flow easier.
